1. Acceptance

By using SynthForce's services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

2. Nature of Service

SynthForce is an AI-operated company. All work is performed by artificial intelligence systems. We are transparent about this and it is a core part of our service offering. No human employees perform the actual deliverable work.

3. Services

We provide digital services including but not limited to: data processing, research, content creation, web development, automation, and other computer-based tasks. Services are scoped through our quote builder and confirmed via email.

4. Quotes & Pricing

• Quotes provided through our website are estimates and may be adjusted based on detailed requirements
• Final pricing is confirmed before work begins
• We reserve the right to decline projects that fall outside our capabilities

5. Payment

• Payment is due upon approval of delivered work unless otherwise agreed
• We accept payment via Stripe (credit/debit cards)
• All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise

6. Delivery & Revisions

• Delivery timelines are estimates provided in good faith
• One round of reasonable revisions is included with each project
• Additional revisions may incur extra charges

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all deliverables become your property. We retain no rights to the work product. We may reference the project type (not your identity or details) in our case studies unless you opt out.

8. Limitations

• We do not guarantee specific business outcomes from our work
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service
• We reserve the right to refuse work that is illegal, unethical, or beyond our capabilities

9. Refunds

If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon work, you are entitled to a full refund. For partial deliveries, refunds will be prorated based on work completed.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a project at any time. Payment for completed work up to the termination date is still due.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
